Manufacturing Scope
We manufacture tower packing and internals for chemical, petrochemical, and environmental applications. Production includes three material families:
Ceramic – structured and random packing. Temperature rating up to 1000°C. Compositions: 92–99% alumina.
Metal – structured and random packing. Standard grades: SS304, SS316L (Mo content meets ASTM A240 (≥2.0%)), duplex, carbon steel.
Plastic – random packing and structured media. Materials: PP, PE, PVDF, PTFE, RPTFE.
Product Portfolio
Random packing: Pall rings, Raschig rings, Intalox saddles, CMR, IMTP.Structured packing: Corrugated sheet (250Y, 500Y, etc.) and wire mesh.Tower internals: Liquid distributors (trough/orifice), support plates, mist eliminators (wire mesh/vane), collectors, and redistributors.

Material certification per EN 10204 3.1 (optional third-party inspection: SGS, TÜV).
PMI verification for alloy composition – Mo content meets ASTM A240 (≥2.0%) on SS316L.
Dimensional inspection and batch traceability.
Engineering Support
Selection guidance based on process conditions (temperature, pressure, media, flow rates).
Hydraulic calculation: pressure drop, flooding velocity, packing factor F.
Installation drawings and commissioning assistance available.
Export & Delivery
Supplying to Europe, North America, Middle East, Southeast Asia. Standard packing sizes kept in stock; custom fabrication per drawing.
